Client Referral Incentive Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Client Referral Incentive Program ("Program") offered by Computer Services Group ("we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer") agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to current clients of Computer Services Group in good standing.
  • Referrers must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Employees of Computer Services Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Program.

2. How to Participate

  • Referrers must submit a referral through our designated channels: online form, email, phone.
  • The referral must include accurate and complete information about the referred company, including contact details and the company name.
  • The referred company ("Referral") must not already be in discussions with or previously contacted by Computer Services Group.

3. Incentive Tiers

    Tier 1: Introduction Only
  • Incentive: $50 gift card.
  • Conditions: Provided when the Referral agrees to an initial consultation or demo with our team.
    Tier 2: Successful Onboarding
  • Incentive: A gift card equivalent to 25% of three months' value of the monthly service that the Referral signs up for.
  • Conditions: Awarded when the Referral signs a contract for any of our managed services.
    Tier 3: High-Value Contract
  • Incentive: $1,000 gift card.
  • Conditions: Provided when the Referral signs a contract worth over $10,000 annually.

4. Incentive Distribution

  • Incentives will be delivered within [30/60] days of the qualifying action (e.g., completion of the consultation, signing of the contract).
  • Incentives are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Computer Services Group reserves the right to substitute any incentive with an alternative of equal or greater value.

5. General Conditions

  • Computer Services Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of any referral and disqualify any Referrer who does not comply with these Terms.
  • Referrals must be new business leads. Companies that are current clients or have previously been engaged with Computer Services Group do not qualify as Referrals.
  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Computer Services Group is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or any loss or damage resulting from the administration of the Program or the use or enjoyment of any incentive.
  • By participating in the Program, the Referrer agrees to release and hold harmless Computer Services Group from any and all liability arising out of or related to this Program.

7. Modification and Termination

  • Computer Services Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • In the event of Program termination, incentives for qualifying Referrals made prior to the termination will still be honored, provided all conditions are met.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NY, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising under or related to this Program will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY, United States.
